The purpose of this privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) is to provide additional and detailed information to interested parties about the Privacy Policy of DITEX 2 S.L. (hereinafter, “”), in compliance with the regulations on this matter, especially Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

This is intended to help the User to make informed decisions when using the Website and to understand how we will treat the personal information provided by the User through the various data collection forms on the Website. For what purpose do we process the User’s personal data?

Your name and e-mail address will be collected through the “Leave a comment” form in the Blog section, the subscription form to our Blog, the newsletter subscription form and the “Do you have any questions?” form.

Your name, e-mail address and telephone number will be collected through the “Request an appointment without obligation” form and the “We will call you back” form.

The data provided in these forms will be processed for the following purposes: management of the publication of comments on the various blog entries, management of the blog subscription, management of the newsletter subscription, resolution of queries raised, management of the free prior information session, management of appointment requests and resolution of queries by telephone.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of the User’s personal data?

The legal basis that legitimizes and allows us to process the User’s personal data is the consent given by the User by explicitly accepting this Privacy Policy, accepting the “check box”, made available in each of the data collection forms, referred to above.

How long will we keep the User’s personal data?

The personal data provided will be kept active for the time necessary to fulfill the request made by the User.
